What makes me tick?

I enjoy working closely with individuals and families to understand their circumstances, concerns and long-term objectives. I take a calm, structured and personal approach to each matter, particularly where legal issues involve family relationships, inheritance, estates or important decisions about the future.

I believe clients should feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. Clear communication, careful preparation and attention to detail are central to the way I work, especially when dealing with matters that are personal, sensitive or require a high degree of discretion.

My experience

I advise private clients and families on a broad range of matters relating to wills, estates, succession and family affairs. My work includes advising on the preparation and review of wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration, inheritance matters and beneficiary-related claims.

I also assist clients with family and private-client matters, including issues concerning trusts, succession, family arrangements and the protection and administration of assets. Where disputes arise, I work with clients to understand their position and develop a practical legal strategy appropriate to their circumstances.

My approach combines careful legal analysis with a strong understanding of the personal considerations that often accompany wills, estates, inheritance and family matters.

Specialist claims & inheritance matters

A particular part of my practice involves assisting clients with inheritance and estate-related claims. I help clients understand their legal position, review relevant documentation and identify the appropriate steps available to them.

I also assist beneficiaries, executors and families with matters arising during estate administration, including correspondence, documentation, estate enquiries and disputes concerning the distribution or administration of an estate.

Family law & private client work

I advise clients on a range of family and private client matters where sensitivity, confidentiality and careful consideration are essential. I aim to provide practical advice while helping clients understand the legal implications of the decisions they are considering.

My work in this area includes family arrangements, succession planning, trusts, wills and estate planning, as well as matters where family circumstances intersect with property, assets or inheritance.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and discovering new places. I also enjoy reading, dining out and keeping active.

I have a particular interest in history, current affairs and the way family businesses and private wealth are managed across generations. I value opportunities to continue learning and broadening my understanding beyond the legal profession.
